Econanosil Eco 2 Skim coat plaster is an innovative nanocomposite product. It is particularly suitable against heat loss in walls, ensuring efficient thermal insulation of both indoor and outdoor vertical walls in public and commercial buildings (including ceilings, balconies, overhangs, concrete structures, etc.)

This product is characterized by high performance thermal insulation capacity of the patented nanomolecule and leveling properties of the skim coat plaster, particularly suitable in case of irregularities and imperfections on the surfaces to be treated.

The resulting extremely thin smoothing protection dramatically reduces heat loss, thus reducing the internal/external thermal shock.

A breathable, waterproof, durable protection, suitable on any type of surface, makes the walls particularly resistant to corrosion and protects them from the formation of new mold and fungus, providing for considerable energy savings in your home and improving the quality of life.

Products are certified according to applicable UNI EN standards for Italy and Europe.

Application of thermal insulation nanocomposite skim coat Econanosil Eco2, in several coats and reinforced with fiberglass 160 gr/mq, for a thickness between 2 and 8 mm, evaluated based on expected performance of the product.

APPLICATION METHOD

The method entails the application of the first coat with a metallic trowel. Then while the mortar is still fresh, a fiberglass reinforcement mesh will be applied with a minimum overlapping of 10 cm. Finally, the system will be completed with the application of the second coat with a metallic trowel, making sure to completely cover the interposed reinforcement mesh. After applying Econanosil Eco2, surfaces should be protected from the elements for at least 48 hours. Final decoration and protection of the new surfaces will be performed through the application of colored breathable plaster finishes. The support should be dry and free of any impurity before proceeding. A coat of fixative is thus recommended. Carefully mix the product before application.

APPLICATION

Econanosil Eco2 coats indoor and outdoor vertical surfaces in the building envelope, ceilings, thermal bridges, insulates beams and pillars made of reinforced concrete, windows parapets, cornices, and is particularly suitable if there are irregularities and imperfections on the surfaces to be treated.
